Why does the motor burn down after using the hydraulic coupling?

1. The unqualified raw materials are used to replace the aluminum alloy or plug. The incorrect installation of the parts will lead to long-term load of the motor, and the coupling will not spray, which will burn the motor.

2. When the power grid current is too large due to the long route of the power supply system, the motor characteristic curve is greatly changed. The motor operates under low voltage for a long time, and its rated voltage is expanded, resulting in the motor overtemperature. The calculation shows that when the working voltage is reduced by 10%, i.e. from 660V to 594v, the rated value of the motor increases by 11% due to the rated current of the motor, and the torque coefficient of the hydraulic coupling pump increases by only 1%, Therefore, the hydraulic coupling generates less heat and loses its protection to the motor. This is another reason why the hydraulic coupling also burns the motor.

3. The motor operates in single-phase for a long time, and the protection device cannot be found immediately if it is not in one-way operation, and the motor is easily burnt.

4. Because of unscientific pairing, that is, too much or too little cutting fluid, the motor hydraulic coupling deviates from the rated value and operates for a long time, resulting in the burning of the motor and hydraulic coupling. This load is not easy to be detected. Under such conditions, if there is no fusible aluminum alloy, the motor will also be ablated.
